1. Return & Replacement Policy

We ensure that all products are carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it or accept a return as per the conditions below:

• Eligibility: Product is damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.
• Wrong Item: The wrong product was shipped to you.
• Timeline: Claims must be made within 24-48 hours of delivery.
• Condition: Product must be in original packaging with all certificates and tags.

2. Refund Policy

Since many of our products (energized items) and services (consultations) are personalized, please note our refund eligibility:

• Physical Products: Refunds are only provided if a replacement is not available for a damaged/defective product.
• Consultations & Reports: Once a consultation is held or an astro report is delivered, no refunds will be issued due to the personalized nature of the service.
• Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once a product has been "Energized" (rituals performed) or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• All energized products (after Puja rituals are performed).
• Personalized astrology reports and digital downloads.
• Products showing signs of use or alteration after delivery.
