Replacement Policy

At 365dailyastro, we ensure that all products are carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Replacement Eligibility

Products are eligible for replacement if:

  • Gemstone certificate doesn't match the product
  • Missing accessories or parts

Replacement Timeline

  • Request Period: Within 7 days of delivery
  • Processing Time: 2-3 business days after receiving returned product
  • Replacement Delivery: 5-7 business days

How to Request a Replacement

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  3. Return Shipping: We'll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) or arrange pickup

Return Conditions

  • Product must be in original packaging (if possible)
  • Include all accessories, certificates, and tags
  • Provide clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • Product should not show signs of use or alteration

Non-Replaceable Items

The following items cannot be replaced:

Gemstone Replacement

For gemstones, replacement is provided only if:

  • The stone is significantly different from the certificate
  • Stone arrives broken or chipped
  • Certificate authenticity issues are found

Note: Natural variations in color and clarity are normal and do not qualify for replacement.

Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Product: We bear all shipping costs
  • Customer's Choice: Customer bears return shipping costs
  • Exchange: We cover shipping for replacement product

Out of Stock Situations

If the replacement product is out of stock, we will offer:

  • Full refund to original payment method, OR
  • Store credit for future purchase, OR
  • Alternative product of similar value (with your approval)

International Orders
